The big surprise is the amazing big terrace. You walk straight from your living room onto your private big terrace, where you can enjoy the nice temperatures of sunny Spain. The terrace is at the back of the building and has views on the underground river passing in to the old water factory, which currently is under construction. There are two bedrooms with double bed and their own bathroom each one.

Spacious apartment with air-conditioning, a place to bring up your bike and private terrace. Let yourself be surprised by the city of Girona. Behind a door, there is sometimes much more then one can expect! The apartment is recently renovated with new bathrooms, kitchen and is furnished with a fresh and new touch. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - in case you want to prepare your own food and enjoy it on the terrace.

This apartment is located in a building that is just off the busy shopping street of Santa Clara, because it’s a pedestrian street, it’s really quiet. And you will be staying only a minute away from the old town, near the stone bridge (pont de pedra).

From the Girona Station, walking to the apartment its 15min, you could also take a taxi, they drop you off at the door. Just a few meters from the building you will find paid underground parking in Plaza Constitucion.

Tourist tax is 1 euro per person per night. We'll request it through Airbnb.

No pets allowed.

If you need a baby bed and high chair, please let us know. We charge an extra 10 euro for the total stay, this includes the bedding for your little one.

For longer stays over 29 days/one month, an extra charge of 160 euro per month will be charged for the utility bills.
