There is a master bedroom with bathroom ensuite, two double bedrooms, bathroom and one single bedroom with office space. Downstairs is the kitchen, small balcony, living, guest bathroom and extra room. In the basement is the laundry with washing machine, garage, garden, pool and lounge area.

It is located near the local bus that goes every 15 minutes to Girona Placa Indepencia and city centre. It is located nearby on only a couple of minute walk to a super market, pharmacy, bakery and cafes.

Private Pool and Garden Access:

Guests can enjoy the private pool and garden area, accessible through a double door leading out from the kitchen.

Please note that there is no pool gate.

Adult supervision is required at all times when children are near the pool.

You swim at your own risk. We kindly ask all guests to prioritise safety and ensure responsible pool use throughout their stay.

To create a safe environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to use the provided plastic plates and glasses at the pool area.

Pool Maintenance:

The pool pump operates on a set schedule to ensure proper water circulation.

We conduct a professional pool maintenance service weekly. Guests will be notified in advance of the scheduled date and time to minimise any inconvenience.
