140 square meters of peace, quiet and splendid views of the Girona Cathedral and its gardens, and only a 7 minute picturesque walk to historic Girona old town.

This loft features one separate bedroom with queen bed, one queen bed within loft space and a comfortable sleeping couch for one adult. An extra mattress is also available. Big and elegant bathroom with large walk-in over-the-head shower, and a fully equipped modern kitchen and dining room with splendid views and large balcony/loggia.

Sheets and towels are included.

Kitchen: Coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, dishwasher, induction stove and oven.

If you come from Girona Station, walking to the apartment should not take more than 25min, the apartment is located up in a hill, if you come with heavy luggage a taxi ride will be about 10 Euros. You can park safely and for free on the street.

There is a fee of touristic tax of 1 euro per adult (over 16 y/o) per night that you will have to pay on arrival .

The key pick up is at the apartment from the lockbox.

If you need a baby bed, please let us know. We charge an extra 10 euro for the total stay, this includes the bedding for your little one.

The parking is free on the spots marked with white outside the building.

For longer stays over 29 days/one month, an extra charge of 160 euro per month will be charged for the utility bills
